Sub-Zero Repair Service Phoenix is an independent service working on built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration in Phoenix — columns, side-by-sides, integrated panel-ready cabinets, undercounter units, ice makers and wine storage. We do not take on cooking equipment, laundry or anything with a burner: refrigeration is what we carry parts for.
Most of what we see is shaped by the desert. Condensers pack with fine dust and stop rejecting heat. Cabinets in garages and against west-facing walls are asked to hold temperature in air far outside their design range. The same two conditions explain the majority of calls between May and September, and neither of them is diagnosable from a phone call — which is why the visit begins with readings rather than a parts order.

The model number and the actual behaviour — temperatures, noises, when it started. Most faults narrow to two or three candidates before anyone is dispatched, which is how a visit stays one visit.

Temperatures logged front and back, airflow checked, the sealed system put under gauges when the symptoms point that way. The service call covers this whether the answer is expensive or free.

One number, then the work
Part and labour as a single figure before anything is opened or ordered. Afterwards the cabinet is pulled back down to temperature and the readings are shown to you rather than described.

- South Mountain (85042) — Hillside custom builds on the north slope beside older ranch properties, wine storage common in both.
- Garfield (85006) — Restored 1910s bungalows downtown where a built-in has to fit a very tight kitchen wall.
